Day Twenty-Nine

Day 29

Sanderson -> Seminole Canyon State Park

Today we woke up early planning on riding about 80 miles into the state park, unfortunately last night and when we woke up the wind was blowing about 20 mph. Since we are pulling a trailer we can’t drive it in those winds or it could flip, because of this we decided to wait a bit and see if the wind would die down, it did not. At this point we decided that we needed to start riding, we unhooked the car from the trailer and some of us headed out. Since it was so windy and cold my mom was really worried about me riding so we decided that I probably shouldn’t and just ride with her for the day. It was a definetly a good idea, I would have been freezing!!! The guys rode about 50 miles before deciding to call it quits for the day, we then picked them up and drove back to where we left our trailer. We hooked up the trailer and are now on our way to the state park. Hopefully tomorrow it warms up and will be better to ride!
