Today was a really easy day. We started the ride at around noon which was not the best decision. At that time it was extremely hot, but once we were riding it wasn’t too bad. Most of the day was on the canal system again. This was really nice because the ride was pretty flat and there were no cars. The last 12 miles was on the road but the road had a big shoulder so we all felt safe. Truly  not much to report on today, it was pretty normal.
